windowlock doesnt work on the y

I came across this script and its very good. I have a problem though with the windowlock or perhaps ths need another setting. I need the box to always appear withing the screen even when the trigger element is close to the edge or bottom. This works well in the horizontal but the box gets hidden when the element is close to the bottom of the screen. Is there way of fixing this?
