special chars

Hi,

I find that certain special characters like double quotes(") are not allowed in boxover.When I use boxover with double quote its not at all showing that body part of tool tip.

Is there any way i can get this by changing a small code change??
I think a regular expression needs to be changed but i didn't get it after lot tries i am writing for help...
