opacity

why is it some tooltips are transparent an some aren't?

i am using your example for the images on mouseover

but the background is opaque an title is opaque?
why is that?

where all the other examples shows the window default to be transparent?

i can't find paramater to turn transparency on or off?
unless i missed it somewhere?
