Modify the relative position of the tooltip.

Hi

I would like to change the relative position of the tooltip, as in the space between the text to which tooltip belongs and the tooltip itself. Am not quite able to figure out what to modify in the .js file to acheive that. I did try changing bunch of ox & oy settings, but nothing worked. Could you tell me the best way to do that, thanks.
