calendar won't work inside fieldset

If you place the input text box inside a <fieldset> the calendar is displayed correctly but you may not click the day numbers nor the arrows

Draw a small fieldset so that the calendar is displayed part inside the fieldset and part outside the fieldset. You will notice that the days inside the fieldset are not selectables, the days outside the fieldset work normally.
