Calendar disappears under select box

The calendar seems to "submarine" under select boxes if there are any in its viewing area.
I have a page where the select box is right underneath the calendar text box and when the calendar pops us, the select box is still visible through it giving the impression that part of the calendar is beneath it.

Other than it is a really cool calendar. Very nice.

This is a IE6 bug.
div's are displayed under select boxes (css z-index cant fix anything in that case)
i'm looking for a workaround for this, but it's pretty difficult.
a possibilitie coulb be to display the calendar inside an iframe, because iframes are displayed over selects
