calendar: added USA and ISO date format

Great job on the calendar!
Works like a charm, clean and small.

The calendar currently only support EUROPEAN format (DD/MM/YYYY).
I'm in the USA (MM/DD/YYYY date format) and my current project
requires ISO date format (YYYY-MM-DD).

I added some code to handle USA or ISO format.
You only need to uncomment either the USA or ISP line near the top of the script.
