Boxover refresh

I need boxover to refresh itself. by running a js method or mabye a timer or perhaps both.

I am aware that there is another post in here wich explains how make it BoxOver update itself but im no programming expert and need a much more simple way of making it refresh all or one of the boxes.

If anyone understood what HenryHartley means and can explain it to me that would also be nice
