BoxOver And AJAX problem

Hello, i´ve a boxover in radGrid (telerik radGrid component) Items, into ajax panel and when page loads, works fine....
But when i refresh only the panel the boxOver doesn´t work... i´ve already tried: Page.RegisterStartupScript("Sample", "<script language=""javascript"" src=" & Settings.GetApplicationPath() & "/Scripts/boxover.js""></script>"), in page init, but doesn´t work anyone have ideas? thanks
