box that doesn't trace mouse, without extra clicking

This script is beautiful in it's user-friendliness and controllabillity, though it lacks an option.

Would it be possible to leave box unmoveable once it appears, as long as mouse is over it, or over area that triggered box to show up?
I think of effect that is already obtainable by doubleclicking (or by single click, if defined that way, double click pausing of box is set to do it by default).

It was asked for three or four times already, but as i can see - without solution. Would it be possible to add this new feature?
